Little Apple Treats Triple Citrus Shrub

The beautiful sunset orange color of this shrub comes from the perfectly balanced mixture of blood oranges, tangerines, and Meyer lemons. The tangerines we use are Gold Nugget variety bringing a very sweet and flavorful balance to the mix. Meanwhile, blood orange and Meyer lemon round out the traditional citrus flavors making this shrub the perfect addition to any summer salad or drink.

Little Apple Treats' shrubs are a blend of their apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, they use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. Use in cocktails, salads, and marinades. Great with plain bubble water and a few cherries or amazing in a Margarita! 

The vinegar is made just steps away from their Sonoma County orchard and then aged in oak barrels for two years.
