M. Greenwood Strawberry Balsamic Jam

Inspired by an ice cream M. Greenwood loves in San Francisco, this jam takes their classic strawberry and shakes things up with a good punch of balsamic vinegar ('The Godfather', from Ferrari Olive Oil in Studio City) and a subtle kick from the pink peppercorns. Perfect on a pork chop!

M. Greenwood is a mother & daughter duo based in Los Angeles, using locally sourced seasonal produce to create the greatest jams they can. They craft everything by hand, in small batches, to make sure that every single jar they sell is as good as it possibly can be.
