With a fruit tree as rare and coveted as the finger lime, we couldn’t stop ourselves with just a single farm -- we sourced fruit from two! Each batch with subtle variations in sweetness and color, but all packed full of finger lime fruit flavor.

One of our most interesting shrubs, finger lime truly shines in salsas and hot sauces, and marinades for fish and meat.
