For three generations, Riseria Campanini has been selecting the best varieties of rice with utmost care from traditional rice-growing areas in Northern Italy; more specifically the regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia. 

Arborio is one of the best known rice varieties, with very big grains. During cooking, the external layer cooks more, while the kernel – rich in starch – remains firm (“al dente”). It is recommended for risottos, flans and “mantecato” (creamy) rices.
