Founded in 2015, Sap! makes sparkling beverages and sodas from both maple and birch sap. The founders have a family history in sugaring and source their sap from Vermont farmers.

The birch sap in this drink naturally contains quantifiable amounts of salicylates, resveratrol, betulinic acid, and lupeol which can act to help fight inflammation, regulate metabolism, detoxify the body, all while providing a refreshingly great drinking experience.
