These certified organic walnuts come from our long-time partner Jutta of Manzanita Manor in Paso Robles, CA — one of our favorite vendors from our farm-to-table days in Los Angeles. Jutta's walnuts are dry-farmed with no irrigation beyond natural rainfall, a radical approach in a state where conventional walnut orchards consume thousands of gallons of precious water per pound produced. 5 oz
