Manoa Liliko'i Passion Fruit Dark Milk Chocolate Bar 50%When the seeds of passion fruit first came to Hawaii from Australia in 1880, they were planted in the East Maui district of Liliko'i and the name stuck. Inside, the fruit is filled with an aromatic mass of juicy pulp and edible seeds. The juice, with its distinct tangy flavor, is a popular ingredient in Hawaiian cuisine, used to make sauce, candy, ice cream, tea, or in cocktails and shave ice. Manoa Chocolate is a Hawaii based chocolate maker, which is a lot like saying "wine maker." Wine makers buy grapes and turn them into wine. Chocolate makers buy cacao and turn them into chocolate. Manoa strives to make the best chocolate possible and help grow the craft chocolate industry as a whole.

Mayana Chocolate Space Bar: Mayana's Space Bar features vanilla-bean nougat, toasted almonds, fleur de sel caramel and our 66% custom blend of dark chocolate to let you get away from it all. Made by husband / wife team using Vahlrona Chocolate, a B Corp produced quality chocolate. An elevated candy bar!

Clif Family Napa Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Almonds: A California Certified B Corp, The Clif Family obsession with dark chocolate all started here. Lightly roasted organic almonds are coated in a rich dark organic chocolate coating that is infused with just the right amount of sea salt.

Caputo's Wild Jurua: Made with wild foraged Brazilian CacaoThis chocolate bar is made from extremely rare cacao, hidden for centuries along the Juruá River deep in the Amazon Rainforest. Caputo's Wild Jurua 70% is sponsored by the Caputo's Preservation Program, which fights to preserve wild cacao and its biodiversity. We can't let this heirloom fruit disappear.

Cuna da Pedra Chocolate Disks (flavors vary): Doña Dionisia comes from generations of guardians of the Oaxacan cocoa legacy, she is an ambassador of Chinanteca Cuisine, a producer of cocoa and a traditional chocolatier. In its agroforestry plot, biodiversity is expressed in other native trees such as the pataxte (Theobroma bicolor), the achiote, the chicozapote, the mamey and banana trees. To create this Mexican-style hot chocolate, Cuna de Piedra was inspired by the traditional "Table Chocolate", or Chocolate de Mesa, from Oaxaca; cocoa, cane sugar and a delicate touch of Mexican cinnamon. A disk rather than a powder, it dissolves in hot liquid.
