Old Dog Ranch is a fifth-generation family farm on the Calaveras River in Northern California. The family has lived and farmed at Old Dog Ranch since 1912 using sustainable farming practices following organic standards and certified organic by CCOF. First they infuse non-GMO whiskey with organic fair-trade vanilla beans, then they toast their homegrown organic Chandler walnuts with the infused whiskey, organic sugar, and spices. Chandler walnuts, a varietal of the English walnut, are high in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and very low in cholesterol. For maximum freshness, store walnuts refrigerated for up to one year or frozen for up to two years.
