We source citrus from organic family-owned farms, salt-curing with unique spice blends. The entire lemon—skin, seeds and all—is used in our zero-waste product, barrel-aged for up to three years before hand-blending into paste.
Due to the natural curing process, color may vary from yellow to amber. This does not impact flavor or quality.
